Our changing face: A look at life in the Fox Valley

This summer’s Fox Cities LIFE Study finds our population is growing, while racial diversity of the area is increasing — although slowly. The number of Black, Asian, Native American, multiracial and Hispanic people increased 57% over the past decade. And it is wonderful to see!
