How To Apply

Pearl Smith Future Teachers Scholarship within the Shawano Area Community Foundation

Amount of Award: $2,000 per year for two years (total $4,000)

Criteria: Graduating senior of Shawano High School planning to attend an accredited college or university who plans to pursue a career in education.

Due Date: February 8

Ralph and Clare Rudolph Scholarship for Rockline Industries

Amount of Award: Technical School: $1,000 per year renewable for up to two years for a two-year college or technical college (total award $2,000)
College: $2,000 per year renewable for up to four years for college (total award $8,000)

Criteria: Graduating senior who is a dependent child or step-child of an employee at Rockline Industries, who has been employed for at least one year as of Dec. 31.

Due Date: March 15

SECURA All-College Scholarship

Amount of Award: $2,000 renewable up to four years (total award $8,000)

Criteria: Dependent children of SECURA's current non-executive associates who have been employed for at least one year on or before April 1. Preference may be given to students planning to pursue a business-related degree.

Due Date: March 1

U.S. Venture, Inc. College Scholarship

Amount of Award: Award amount may vary. Typically, up to $1,000 per recipient.

Criteria: Dependent of a team member employed at U.S. Venture, Inc. and divisions of U.S. Venture, Inc. for at least one year.

Due Date: April 1

Van Hoof Family Scholarship

Amount of Award:
Technical School: $1,500 per year for two years (total $3,000)
College/University: $3,500 per year for four years (total $14,000)

Criteria: Dependents of an employee of Van Hoof Companies, who are graduating high school seniors pursuing post-secondary education,

Due Date: April 1

WEAC Fox Valley – Henry V. Krokosky, Jr. Scholarship Fund

Amount of Award: $1,500

Criteria: Graduating high school senior whose parent or legal guardian is a current or retired Wisconsin Education Council Association (WEAC) member from one of the following school districts: Appleton Area School District, Fox Valley Technical College, Little Chute Area School District, Neenah Joint School District or School District of New London.

Due Date: March 1

Weber-Tingley-Klein Scholarship within the Shawano Area Community Foundation

Amount of Award:
Technical School: $1,000 per year for two years (total $2,000)
College: $3,000 per year for four years (total $12,000)

Criteria: Graduating senior of Shawano High School planning to attend an accredited college, university or technical college.

Due Date: February 8

WFLA Wisconsin Upper Michigan Scholarship Fund

Amount of Award: Varies, minimum $500, maximum $1,000

Criteria: Graduating high school senior planning to attend full-time in a post high school educational institution and a W.F.L.A. member in good standing in a Lodge in Wisconsin and Upper Michigan.

Due Date: March 1
