Qualifications: Graduating high school seniors planning to attend a post high school educational institution as a full-time student (minimum 12 credits); BetterLife f/k/a Western Fraternal Life member in good standing that became a member of WFLA WI/Upper MI lodge up to 12/31/2020 or became a member of BetterLife member group in WI/Upper MI after 1/1/2021; Academic achievement; Participation in extracurricular and community activities; Preference will be given to those that have participated in BetterLife/WFLA activities; Financial need will be considered.

Donald & Joyce Byrne Scholarship

Criteria and Award Amount: Click here
Qualifications: Graduating seniors from Freedom High School; Planning to pursue a degree at any university within the University of Wisconsin system, or a technical school within the state of Wisconsin as a full-time student in one of the following fields of study: engineering, business, computer science, nursing, education, physical therapy, agriculture, mathematics, sciences or pursue a trade in the areas of electrical, mechanical, toolmaking, or 2- or 3-year version of study of the acceptable list of college degrees; Not considered are the following: arts, music, sociology, psychology, philosophy, political science, and history; Minimum cumulative 3.25 GPA; Involvement in extra-curricular, community and volunteer activities; Financial need will be considered.

Faith Technologies, Inc. Memorial Scholarship

Qualifications: Dependent children or stepchildren of employees who have worked at Faith Technologies, Inc. for at least one year; Graduating high school seniors who are planning on attending an accredited technical college or 2- or 4-year university or college as a full-time student; Minimum cumulative 2.8 GPA on a 4.0 scale; Involvement in extracurricular activities; Demonstrated leadership qualities and potential, active in volunteerism and/or employment; Preference may be given to relatives of employees who have been named as honorees.

Qualifications: Graduating seniors of an Outagamie County, WI high school; Planning to attend an accredited Wisconsin college or university; Planning to pursue a health care field of study; Minimum cumulative 2.5 GPA; Financial need will be considered; Applicants who are related to Emma Jacquot or to members of the Infant Welfare Circle of Appleton are ineligible to apply.

Qualifications: Dependent children and stepchildren of non-executive associates employed at Jewelers Mutual Insurance Company for at least one year, as of April 1; Attends or plans to attend, an accredited 2- or 4-year technical college, college, or university as a full-time student; Minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA; Involvement in extracurricular activities and/or employment; Leadership qualities; Students and previous recipients may re-apply each year of their undergraduate schooling.

Qualifications: Childhood cancer patients/survivors who are graduating or have graduated from a public or private high school in one of the following school districts: Appleton School District, Freedom School District, Hortonville School District, Kaukauna School District, Kimberly School District, Little Chute School District, Menasha School District, Neenah School District, Students homeschooled in one of the districts listed above; Planning to attend, or continuing their education at an accredited college, university or technical college as a full-time or part-time student; Commitment to academic and educational goal; Financial need will be considered; Students are encouraged to apply each year they are eligible.
