Purpose

A corporate donor-directed fund, the Capital Credit Union Charitable Giving Fund was established to support projects and programs that provide for basic needs (food, shelter, clothing and medical care).

What We Fund

  • New or existing programs and projects that provide for basic needs (food, shelter, clothing and medical care) focused on providing for or improving the availability of services that meet the basic needs of residents of our communities.
  • Programs that benefit the communities in which we operate, specifically in the Wisconsin counties of Calumet, Outagamie, Winnebago, and Brown.
  • Causes important to our employees.

Range of grantmaking: Variable

Application Deadline: Dec. 31 by 11:59 pm

What We Don't Fund

  • Programs of organizations that are not 501(c)3 charitable organizations.

To Apply

  1. To see if you qualify for a grant, carefully review the Community Foundation’s general grant policies. These policies include important information such as which types of organizations can receive grants, our nondiscrimination policy, faith-based funding policy, etc.  
  2. Based on the general grant policies and grant guidelines stated above, if you believe you qualify, you may apply through our Grant Portal. (If you have not used the Grant Portal before, go to our Grant Portal landing page for information on registration, FAQs, and helpful tutorials.) 
  3. Once logged into the Grant Portal, click on the “Apply” page and search for the grant you wish to apply for.
