Update on our System Upgrade

The Donor Services Portal is restored. More to come in 2022!

Update January 18, 2022: As many of you know, during a technology system upgrade in November, some of our online donor and giving portal functions became unavailable. This was not caused by a breach in security. 

Good news!

All of these systems are now back, functioning as they did before the outage.
This means that anyone using our systems for scholarship applications, nonprofit grant applications, the Fund Advisor Portal and our online giving will find our systems restored and fully functional!

Moving Forward

While our online services have been restored to the same look and functions that were available prior to the outage, we are not finished! In 2022 we will continue improvements for an overall, upgraded technology platform. This allows us to move forward with the I.T. software upgrades including a new, more user-friendly donor portal as well as improved functionality for nonprofits and scholarship applicants seeking support through the Community Foundation.

This project work will begin in spring, and we will share updates throughout the year about the project and plans for orientation. These new tools will give us the agility to build and sustain the reliable service and partnership with you that you expect of us.
