Update on our System Upgrade

Update November 29, 2021: During a technology system upgrade, some of our online donor and giving portal functions became unavailable. This was not caused by a breach in security. We’re glad to let you know that we are making progress! Here’s what you need to know: 

Online Giving

Our online giving page is not functioning properly. We are working to make it available as soon as possible. However, you may donate to our Friends of the Foundation fund online via PayPal.

For our Donors:

Here’s what we are continuing to resolve as quickly as possible: 

Donor Portal

  •  Your donor portal remains unavailable, but we will let you know as soon as it is available.
  • This means that you won’t be able to recommend grants through the portal, but our donor services managers are happy to assist you with facilitating your recommendations. Please email these contributions directly to your donor services manager for processing.

Generating fund financial statements. 

  • We can generate fund financial statements upon request. Please direct those requests to your donor services manager as needed.

Processing grant recommendations.  

  • Grant recommendations made November 11-24 will be mailed to nonprofit recipients by December 3.
  • Our donor services managers can address any questions or concerns, so please reach out for assistance.

Entering all contributions into our database, deposited in bank accounts, and mailing contribution acknowledgment letters. 

  • All contributions received as of November 11, 2021 have been entered into our databases, deposited into bank accounts, and allocated to your fund.
  • Please reach out to your donor services manager or to me directly with any questions or concerns.
  • Acknowledgement letters have been sent out as normal with minimal delay.

We apologize again for this disruption in our service to you, and the inconvenience or frustration our technology system upgrade has caused. This upgrade gives us the ability to build and sustain the reliable service and partnership with you that you expect of us. To that end, dedicated IT partners are continuing to help us get our online portals up and running. We will let you know when access to our online portals is restored.
