Created by a large gift from the estate of Neenah architect Frank C. Shattuck, the permanent endowment fund supports new services or supplements existing ones for youth and the elderly, while promoting education, the arts and health care for all.
Preference is given to requests that involve critical services, are likely to make a difference, meet current community needs and are presented by organizations that are well financed, sustainable and supported by an existing constituency, particularly concerning:
