400 W College Ave
Appleton, WI 54911
On October 3rd and 4th, more than 5,000 10th grade students from the Fox Valley area will be attending the P.A.R.T.Y. (Prevent Alcohol and Risk-Related Trauma in Youth) program at the Fox Cities Performing Arts Center in downtown Appleton*. The program educates area 10th grade students about the consequences of making poor choices and participating in at-risk behaviors. Within the teen driver population, alcohol, speeding, and distracted driving are major factors in teen-related car accidents and deaths. The program is a collaboration among the ThedaCare Trauma Center, fire fighters, law enforcement, and EMTs.
* Please note this is a closed event open only to 10th grade students and their parents. More information here.
This event is supported by a Community Foundation grant from the Bright Idea Fund.
