Need to put together a strong grant request that is well-prepared, thoughtfully planned and concisely packaged?
The “Tell Your Story in 5 Minutes or Less” workshop will teach you how to use basic principles of storytelling to make a concise and compelling case for support. Storytelling is an important skill for today’s nonprofit leaders and is useful whether you’re speaking at Rotary, in a grant interview, or with prospective donors.
Come whether you’re applying to the Bright Idea Forum and want to workshop your presentation, or you just want to strengthen the overall story of your organization. This workshop, facilitated by Community Foundation staff members Carolyn Desrosiers (Community Engagement Manager) and Megan Mulholland (Marketing & Communications Director), will be most useful if you have an idea in mind as we will be practicing our storytelling skills together.
