The 2017 Fox Cities Reads features the book “Stella by Starlight” by Sharon Draper. The author will make six appearances throughout the Fox Cities on April 4 and 5, both in front of school-aged audiences and before the general public. Leading up to her appearances, all Fox Cities public libraries will host book discussions of her award-winning and bestselling book.
