COVID-19 Community Response Fund Grants Providing Help and Hope
Providing hunger relief and basic food staples during this pandemic is critical.
These grants from the COVID-19 Community Response Fund are providing the following local nonprofit organizations the resources they need to directly feed residents from Calumet, Outagamie and the Neenah/Menasha area of Winnebago counties:
Feeding America Eastern Wisconsin – The food bank supports its member network of food pantries, programs and homeless shelters that provide hunger relief to people living in Outagamie, Calumet, Shawano, Waupaca and the Neenah/Menasha area of Winnebago counties. A grant of $50,000 will be used to purchase additional food and distribute it to pantries; sanitize the food bank where food is stored, received and distributed; support critical staff who receive and transport food, and remove obstacles so pantries can receive food quickly.
