RICHARD NEWCOMB AND JANICE SCHREIBER-NEWCOMB SCHOLARSHIP  

Amount of Award: $1,000 for full-time student, $500 for part-time student
Criteria: Widows who are too young to receive social security assistance and plan to further their education as a part-time or full-time student at an accredited college, university or technical school. Preference will be given to applicants from the Shawano area
