The following is a listing of scholarships offered from funds within the Community Foundation for the Fox Valley Region and our geographic affiliates.   To access a detailed summary, click on the scholarship name.  Scholarship award amounts are estimates only, and are subject to change at any time prior to the announcement of award recipients.

Appleton Downtown Rotary Scholarship 
Amount of Award: $1,666 per year for the first three years of college
Criteria: Graduating senior from a public or private high school in Appleton who is in the top 50% of his/her class who plans to pursue an education at an accredited college or university

Joseph N. Berg and Theodore C. Berg Golf Scholarship
Amount of Award: $2,500
Criteria: Students must have participated in the school's varsity golf team in senior year and plan to attend 2 or 4 year college, university or technical school and attends one of the following schools: Appleton East, Appleton North, Appleton West, Xavier and Fox Valley Lutheran High Schools

Criteria: Female graduate of Kewaunee High School who has completed the freshman, sophomore or junior year at an accredited college or university, has maintained a minimum grade point average of 2.5 and demonstrates financial need

Amount of Award: $500
Criteria: Graduate of Kimberly High School who has achieved a minimum 3.0 GPA and has taken or is taking an advanced Calculus class. Candidates must be planning to major in math, engineering or actuarial studies.

Eck Education Scholarship 
Amount of Award: $2,000
Criteria: Graduating seniors from Manitowoc County who are planning to attend an accredited college, university or technical college in Wisconsin.  Priority will be given to children of employees of Eck Industries.

Criteria: Graduating high school senior or a continuing college or seminary student who is an active member of Grace Lutheran Church in Larsen, WI and will be attending a Lutheran college/university or ELCA seminary, or another seminary or divinity school.

Amount of Award: $500 per year for four years - scholarship will be awarded every 4 years (class of 2013, 2017, 2021 etc.)
Criteria: Graduating senior at Brillion High School who plans to pursue a degree in education with the intention of becoming a teacher, and demonstrates financial need

Amount of Award: $1,000 per year for four years
Criteria: Graduating seniors of Appleton Public High Schools and Menasha High School who are planning to pursue a career in social work, psychology, nonprofit, or related fields (excluding medicine, teaching, and nursing) with a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.0 and a history of volunteerism
